Rahsaan has spent his career working on behalf of vulnerable young people. As a case manager he saw many situations where people made too much money to receive Medicaid but still could not afford insurance. Health reform offers Marylanders the health security they need – including regular doctor visits and preventive care, prescription drug coverage, and protection in case of hospitalization or medical emergency.
